We are also trained in the leading evidence based Psychotherapies including Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT).
Our focus is to help individuals recover, energise, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising an individualised psychological treatment plan.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Our Therapists specialise in treating Anxiety disorders such as Health Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalised Anxiety (GAD) and Panic.
Through the gold standard Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and/or Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) , we are able to help you by identifying an individualised treatment plan which aims to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing. This is achieved using evidence based methods including CBT and/or Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) the evidence based NICE recommended treatment approaches for trauma.
